The JA Company Program® is how Junior Achievement got its start in 1919! This immersive entrepreneurship experience challenges students to think big, collaborate and build an idea.

Our dynamic curriculum, hands-on experiences and authentic business community engagement help high school students develop the skills, mindset, relationships and core competencies to take control of their futures.

JA alumni are 2½ times more likely to start a business than the general population—JA Company Program is the launching point.

JA STUDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP CHALLENGE (JASEC)

This full-scale “shark tank-like” competition features the top 10 high school team finalists from our in-school entrepreneurship program, JA Company Program. Watch as these student teams demonstrate their emerging entrepreneurial savvy through product exhibits, commercial presentations and business plan pitches to a panel of industry leaders and local entrepreneurs. Supported by corporate and individual sponsors, this event is an unforgettable experience for these young entrepreneurs competing for a spot at the JA USA National Student Leadership Summit in Washington, DC.
